They applaud the decision and ruminate on the scary idea that it survived by a single vote.  In other words, one more vote the other way and the second amendment would be history. If that doesn't argue for the importance of a Republican president, nothing does.

To liberals his incarcertion was a matter of removing him from society. Now since he's not a threat, why not release him? How about not releasing him because he murdered his wife. She never got a chance to be a senior citizen.

Mark Lawrence, one of the lawyers for the Slap Butt Boys, was in studio. He explained that there will still legal fees outstanding. Though the boys are free, if you still want to contribute to the defense fund, you can still can. Click here for more info.

Victory!

And it wouldn't have happened without you, dear listeners. There is no question that the DA thought he could intimidate these two middle class families into pressuring their boys into coping a plea. That there were funds available for the defense changed the equation radically.

The DA calls it a sex crime. You decide.
Here's a video interview of the boys. This is another Duke La Crosse style prosecution. If anything it's worse.

What makes it so hideous is that the murderers should never been on the street. They had long rap sheets filled with violent crimes. Three strikes and you're out? How about six strikes? Sick-making.
